My name is Gregory Retuya. I built AOXscale after seeing the same pattern repeat itself across high-performing implant practices — exceptional clinical teams, strong production, multiple locations, and a ceiling they couldn't break through no matter how much they spent on marketing.
The problem was never effort. It was never talent. It was that every agency they hired was optimizing for who they already were — more leads, more calls, more volume — instead of building the infrastructure for who they were becoming.

That system didn't exist. So I built it.
My background is in marketing, online sales, and building systems — not dental school. That's intentional. I came to this from the outside, which meant I could see what insiders had normalized: generalist agencies running generalist campaigns on practices that are anything but generalist. Practices doing $30K–$60K cases being marketed the same way as practices doing $300 cleanings.
